This is an involved build, but it’s broken down step-by-step.

With Over 4 Hours of Footage, The Online Series Includes 8 Videos + PDF plans (including cutting list & joinery details)

We’ve placed the emphasis on the meat of the build, rather than focusing in extreme depth on the very basics.

The Sideboard has a large mix of techniques involved within it, which can loosely be broken down as follows:

A dovetailed pine carcase, with wedged mortice & tenon legs.

An oak frame & panel back, assembled with lap joints.

Glazed oak doors, built with bridle joints.

Detailed steps for perfectly hanging the doors.

We’ve opted for our signature red paint for the finish, but this is a piece that you can really put your own mark on. The detailed dimensions could easily be adapted to your own needs using the same build process.

As with all our series, extra effort has gone in to the filming and editing to keep you enjoying the flow of the work.

Awesome series! So many great ideas and techniques explained and demonstrated. – Rob H
